Concept: Lovable assassin with no heart.
Auspice: New Moon (Irraka)
Tribe: Bone Shadow
Auspice Ability: Closer Than You Thought
Once per chapter, the Irraka may choose one of the following:
- The Irraka can move her initiative rating to within one point of a target’s, either one above or one below, depending where she is in the initiative relative to the target. She can’t make her Initiative result higher or lower than the target’s if it isn’t already.
- She can move close enough to use her teeth and claws against one opponent who isn’t attacking her.
- She can subtract –2 from the number of Doors needed in Social maneuvering.
Hunter’s Aspect: Blissful. The prey has no idea that anyone is coming for him. He greets the cool night air with a smile, perhaps indulges in chemical or carnal pleasures, and never glances at the shadowy form inching its way closer to his exposed throat.

Who was she before the First Change?
Most people knew her, and she had an in with most of the cliques in high school. However, she wasn’t the sort that had people over. No one even knew where she lived, even though she was at half of their parties. Somehow, she could always keep that secret.
She worked as a physician’s assistant, and as she saw more and more injuries, she realized she was thinking – fantasizing – about how they could be worse. Soon, she was imagining herself performing the injuries. She went to a doctor and got onto antipsychotics to keep those thoughts down… then, she Changed and the drugs didn’t help any more.
What happened on her First Change?
Her prey was an old patient. A middle-aged woman, abused by her husband, and all she could afford was the clinic she worked at. The wolf wanted to steal the other predator’s prey, and the human wanted to relieve her suffering. The human was already planning to kill the patient, and was stalking her. One night, the husband left, presumably to drink at the bar, and then she broke into the house and cut the woman’s throat. The husband came back inside, apparently forgetting his coat, and he attacked her. She Changed in that instant, and used the cunning of the wolf to mutilate him before killing him and escaping.
How does she test?
She tests people emotionally. She purposefully fucks up so she gets mistreated, and files that away in her folder on them. She also tries to debate people – asking questions not quite point blank, but pointed enough that their secrets are revealed without them realizing it. Most often, she’ll use complements and inquiries to poke and prod.
How does she hide?
She wears her human skin in plain sight. Her prey should never notice she isn’t a human. Her Urhan form is reserved for when she truly requires stealth, but her credentials as a physician’s assistant can be more useful than a wolf when her prey is indoors.
Does she know how she would kill the pack?
She has a few good guesses, but they’re really deep in the emergency-only information. She feels guilt and hesitation – they’re family, they’re the ones who proved she isn’t crazy, just a wolf. But fuck it, she’s a wolf.
